Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Slight color differences (due to screen variations)
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return request, a clear unboxing video is required:
- Video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
- It should clearly show the issue (damage/defect/missing item)
Without this proof, we may not be able to process your request.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at [pravaran02@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Unboxing video/photos
Once approved:
- We will arrange a return pickup (if available), or
- Ask you to ship the item back
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refund method:
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method (via Cashfree or respective gateway)
- COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or store credit
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged/defective)
- Used or damaged products after delivery
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us
